How do you know where to start?

After initial email contact, we can have a talk on the telephone. That will give me  an idea of where would be a good place to start. 
I can start with what seems easiest, or alternatively, what is causing you most stress.

How much does decluttering cost in Leeds?

Pricing depends on the size of the job and time required. 
I offer simple hourly and half-day rates, with a free initial consultation to discuss your needs. 
I can offer as much or a little support as required

I'm  physically unable to help with the decluttering - is that a problem?

Of course not. You make the decisions and I will do the rest.

No I do not clean, but once we have sorted out the clutter, cleaning will be much easier.

No, the decision about what you keep and what you let go, is entirely up to you. My job is to help you keep focus in the decision-making process.

What will happen to anything I no longer need?

I can take items to a charity shop, but unfortunately I am not allowed to take waste to a recycling centre.

Based on Swedish tradition and the book "The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning" by Margareta Magnusson.

It is a  tradition of older people to removing the burden of clutter by
- Clearing out clutter early
- Keeping only what’s useful or meaningful
- Passing on heirlooms and sentimental items while you’re still alive
- Making your living space simpler and easier to manage
- Reducing the burden on your family later
